Fulham Reach, Hammersmith and Fulham

An award-winning development set in beautifully landscaped gardens next to a sweeping riverside promenade.

Fulham Reach has stitched 7.2 acres of vacant industrial land back into the surrounding community and given it a social purpose. The designs were shaped by an extensive community engagement programme that ensured the new facilities, public spaces and commercial occupiers reflect what local people really want from this stretch of the Thames.

Half of the site will be new open space including a riverfront piazza and an extended and widened Thames Path with space for cyclists and pedestrians. A pub, restaurant, café and Pilate's studio help bring people together, as well as a new pontoon and boat club which has proved hugely popular with residents from across Fulham including local school children.
