A great place to work:
We offer a competitive package and a positive working environment that fosters respect, support, wellbeing, safety and inclusivity.
We have a broad range of careers across our business and apprenticeships can be within any of our departments. These could be within the construction site teams supervising works or our modular factory, or office based roles from technical to commercial, customer service, finance, administration and IT. Apprenticeships range from Level 3 - 6.
These are hands-on site based apprenticeships, generally at Level 2. You'll be working on one of our prestigious Berkeley developments, to learn a trade alongside some of the best contractors in the industry. From electricians to bricklayers to steelworkers and interior fitters, it takes a variety of high-quality trades working together to build new homes.

Having spent a year at Berkeley Group, working and learning as part of the sustainability team, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time and believe I have become a valuable member of the team. I have taken on increasing responsibility and attained a wide range of skills.
I chose to apply for the Reach Apprenticeship scheme because I decided that I wanted to go into fitted interiors and soon realised that Berkeley Homes was the only company offering fitted interiors as an apprenticeship.
I decided to become an apprentice as I wanted the opportunities that came along with it. I wanted to be able to learn and earn in a practical manner as to further my skills and create a knowledge base of which to build a career off.
