Your dedicated Customer Relations Manager receives you at point of exchange and then takes you through to completion, informing you of the progress of your new home, and the choices and options available. They will be on hand to answer any question you may have during the lead-in to moving.
Your Customer Service Manager will look after you and your new home after completion. Once you have moved in, you will receive a thorough demonstration of how to operate the equipment in your new home. The Customer Service Team will then be on hand to answer any queries.
The property benefits from a ten year NHBC warranty. This is complemented by a warranty from St Edward Homes for the first two years.

The purpose of the code is to ensure that home buyers are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect, are given reliable information upon which to make their decision and know how to access speedy, low cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied.

These are the main stages:
- Exchange of contracts
- Choice selections: you will be given the opportunity to select certain finishes within your new home.
- Notice to complete.
- Completion and key handover.
