We aim to make the home-buying process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible for all our customers, and to provide a professional, efficient, business-like and helpful service at all times.

Customer Satisfaction Commitment

When you buy a new home from Berkeley you can be safe in the knowledge that it is built to a very high standard of design and quality, has low environmental impact and that you will enjoy an exceptional customer experience.

Your dedicated Customer Relations Manager receives you at point of exchange and then takes you through to completion, informing you  of the progress of your new home, and the choices and options available. They will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during the lead-in to moving

Your Customer Service Manager will look after you and your new home after completion.  Once you have moved in, you will receive a thorough demonstration of how to operate the equipment in your new home. The Customer Service Team will then be on hand to answer any queries.

The property benefits from a ten year NHBC warranty. This is complemented by a warranty from Berkeley for the first two years.

Investor in Customers (IIC) is an independent agency who conduct rigorous customer experience assessments and benchmark exercises. The results determine the quality of a company's customer service and relationships across a number of dimensions, including how well a company understands its customers, how it meets their needs and how it engenders loyalty. The IIC also compares and contrasts the views of staff and senior management to identify how embedded the customer is within the company's thinking.
