Alexandra Gate in Haringey is now the proud home of The N22 Corridor Gallery, created in partnership with local arts organisation Collage Arts.
The pop-up gallery showcases the work of Collage Art’s partners, with resident artists updated every eight weeks, to bring a whole range of styles to the new space.
The first three artists on display, shown here, are Yana Stajno and Damel Carayol and printmaker Richard Peacock, all with a long-standing relationship with the local group.
Collage Arts has been at the heart of local cultural life for nearly 40 years. It provides workspaces for artists and opportunities for community members to participate in and experience creative and cultural activities.
The N22 Corridor Gallery can be seen by any visitors through the large gallery windows, or those wanting a closer look can arrange a viewing with the on-site team in the nearby marketing suite.
This is just one of the recent initiatives with Collage Arts at Alexandra Gate. The group also recently held a family arts day in Alexandra Gate's public park, with local children enjoying music, crafts and performances designed to inspire them and connect them with the arts, right on their doorstep.
