Kent-based developer Berkeley Homes has relocated to new offices at Quinton Court on London Road, in Sevenoaks town centre.
The move sees the 70 office-based employees relocating from their previous office on Oakhill Road, where the company was based for 23 years, into a new, state-of-the-art space built by the homebuilder itself. The new 9,848 sq. ft office is bright and open, featuring flexible workspaces and creativity hubs with an abundance of plants and living walls.
The new office will accommodate Berkeley’s growing team and the increased need for flexible, contemporary workspace. The move signals the company’s long-term commitment to Sevenoaks and the surrounding area.
Berkeley Homes’ Quinton Court development has seen the transformation of two empty trading units into a vibrant new mixed-use scheme featuring 60 new apartments and commercial spaces.
Berkeley Homes Eastern Counties’ Managing Director Peter Smith says, “Quinton Court is now a well-established address in Sevenoaks, and we are delighted to have upgraded our operations into the commercial space here. The move marks our long-term commitment to the local community, as well as showcasing our confidence in the quality of craftsmanship by moving into our own building.”
