Clarion Housing Group celebrated the handover of 25 affordable homes in Camberley, Surrey, at an official event held on Monday 8th November, alongside Mayor of Surrey Heath, Cllr Sarah Jane Croke and local stakeholders.
Delivered by Berkeley in partnership with Surrey Heath Borough Council, the shared ownership apartments in Pembroke House will be managed by Clarion Housing and made available to people in and around the local area.
The affordable homes come in a range of one and two bedroom layouts, set in an attractively designed three-storey buildings. Combining the very best of traditional and modern living, each home is built to a high standard, offering fresh, contemporary interiors and fitted kitchens.
