Berkeley Group was named Developer of the Year at Premier Guarantee's Excellence Awards 2020 this month.
The awards recognise consistently high quality standards across Berkeley construction sites.
Premier Guarantee Risk Management Surveyors score sites during inspection visits. Those with consistently high scores for more than six months are shortlisted for these annual Excellence Awards, and Berkeley Group picked up the highest honour for maintaining quality across our developments.
Scores are based on standards of site management, workmanship, health & safety, tidiness and general co-operation.
Berkeley Eastern Counties' Quinton Court, pictured, also won Development of the Year (51-100 units) at the awards.
The accolade add to a series of awards for quality over the last year, including 27 Considerate Constructor Scheme Awards, Diamond Award from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, and being named Britain's 6th Most Admired Company.
