Saz and David Sanders, along with their three children Ella, George and William (pictured) are among the growing number of families who are choosing to relocate out of central London for more space and improved quality of life.
Having lived in West Kensington's Brook Green, with three children growing up fast, Saz and David knew that their family needed more space, ideally with a large garden in which their children could play.
Together, they found Fitzroy Gate by St James which offered them everything they were looking for, thanks to spacious townhouses, each complete with a private garden and three acres of private landscaped gardens on the banks of the River Thames, views of which can be enjoyed from their bedrooms.
Fitzroy Gate's location in Old Isleworth was also a big draw for Saz and David, with great local schools nearby, alongside fantastic local amenities and even more green space - just over the river are the vast parklands of Richmond's Old Deer Park, Richmond Park and just a little further afield is Kew Gardens. Isleworth also has a great range of local cafés, patisseries and delicatessens, while the shopping and restaurants of Richmond and Chiswick are also close by, offering the family everything on their doorstep.
