Nadia Gaur, Managing Director at Blo Bar, said:
"We are super excited to be opening our new salon at Dickens Yard, Ealing. After the success of the Chiswick branch, we were determined to take our time finding the perfect location to match the direction we wanted to take the brand. We strive to offer the very best to our customers, on trend styles from some of London's finest stylist and beauticians. We felt Dickens Yard was a no brainer when deciding where to open our second store. Ealing, get ready for the best one-stop shop for all things hair and beauty!"
Blo Bar is the latest commercial announcement for Dickens Yard following the news that Balans Soho Society, Gail's Bakery, Tonkotsu, The Skinny Kitchen, Gymbox and Jigsaw are due to open in 2018. In the past 18 months St George has welcomed fitness brand Triyoga, renowned British restaurant Charlotte's W5 and estate agency Benham Reeves to open at Dickens Yard, alongside a new Sunday market operated by local event team Eat Me Drink Me.
Dickens Yard is a new urban quarter in Ealing comprising 700 new homes and 104,000 sq ft of retail space situated around an elegant public square. The development forms an important part of the transformation of Ealing Broadway ahead of the arrival of the Elizabeth Line (Crossrail) in 2018. The new station will halve journey times to central London, with travel to Bond Street in 11 minutes, Liverpool Street in 18 minutes and Canary Wharf in 25 minutes. Heathrow Airport, terminals two and three, will be just 15 minutes away via the new line.
