St George, London's leading mixed use developer, celebrated success at the annual LABC 'The Bricks' awards, winning Overall Developer of the Year -
St George Central London and Multi Storey Development of the Year for its prestigious riverside destination, Fulham Reach. The exclusive award ceremony took place in London's West End on October 17th compered by TV star, Hugh Dennis.
The LABC excellence awards recognise's and rewards the work of developers and contractors who stand out in delivering high quality construction and design projects. Fulham Reach, which was awarded best multi storey development of the year,will provide 744 new homes and a mix of bars, restaurants, shops and offices designed to create a vibrant, active and sustainable environment on the north bank of the River Thames.

St George Central London was also highly commended for best multi story development of the year at Beaufort Park. The 25 acre site will be transformed into a new community of circa 2,800 homes with shops, bars and restaurants, all set in beautifully landscaped gardens.
