A Spotlight On: Lumina

At Berkeley Group, we create quality homes that bring communities together through a combination of amenities, natural landscapes and open spaces for people to socialise, relax, and connect with nature.

Our Lumina development in Camberley is a perfect example of this vision in action. Today, we will take a closer look at what Lumina has to offer and why it is proving to be a highly sought-after location.

Where is Lumina?

Lumina is located in Camberley, a town in Surrey situated in the Borough of Surrey Heath. This beautiful town is close to the borders of Hampshire and Berkshire and only 31 miles southwest of central London.

Lumina conveniently sits opposite Camberley Station. Buses connect you to all nearby towns, while trains from here get you to London Waterloo in just over an hour, Woking and Reading in approximately 40 minutes and to Ascot in as little as 12 minutes.

As Camberley sits between the M3 and M4 motorways, drivers can easily travel to a range of destinations, for days out, commuting, or getting away on holiday - Heathrow Airport is less than an hour’s drive away.

Key Features of Lumina

Lumina is a stunning architectural fusion of traditional and contemporary design. The carefully considered blend of brick and glass creates a landmark building that brings a sleek and smart addition to Camberley town centre.

Designer Interiors

The exquisite collection of Manhattan, one and two bedroom apartments have been uniquely created by renowned designers Johnson Ribolla. The design team is behind some of the most sought-after London addresses and what they bring to Lumina are interiors that are sleek and elegant, yet comfortable and homely.

The soft green and blue colour palettes evoke the countryside charm you would expect of homes in Surrey, while the industrial elements of black metal and dark oak add a contemporary feel to each apartment. Every room has exquisite attention to detail, from individually designed kitchens to bespoke bathroom cabinets and feature lighting.

Convenient Modern-Day Facilities

We understand the needs of the modern-day world, which is why we have provided facilities at Lumina to make the tasks of day-to-day life feel effortless.

The onsite business lounge, boasting spacious meeting areas and high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, provides the perfect place for residents to work from home without distraction.

Thanks to the resident-only fitness suite, staying active is also easy, offering all the exercise equipment you need to keep fit.

For entertainment, you don’t even need to leave the development, just reserve your seat in the state-of-the-art cinema room where you can get together with your neighbours to screen the latest blockbuster or rewatch some old classics.

We know that when you come home at the end of the day, you don’t want to waste time trying to find a parking spot, so we have also included a secure private parking deck with registration plate recognition for easy access.

You also don’t need to worry about storage, as residents can secure additional storage space on the same floor as your apartment – perfect for hiding bulky items, such as suitcases or golf clubs.
