Corporate Governance
Corporate Governance is the responsibility of the whole Board. The 2023 Annual Report includes, on pages 102 to 121, a Corporate Governance statement that sets out how the Company applies the principles and provisions of the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code for the year ended 30 April 2023.
