Safeguarding Measures

We will continue to apply a number of safeguarding measures, enabling you to have a safe and enjoyable viewing experience. Here's what you can expect when you visit us:

  • We encourage all visitors to wear a face covering - you may bring your own, or use a single use surgical face mask which will be available at the appointment
  • We will maintain social distancing in busy and confined areas
  • We will continue with our enhanced cleaning regimes and encourage you to use the hand sanitisers provided
  • If you feel unwell, or have tested positive, please do not attend your appointment. Our Sales team will be more than happy to rearrange for a more convenient time
If you would prefer not to visit, our Sales and Customer Service teams are continuing to offer a welcoming and personalised service over the phone, through our online sales portfolio and via one-to-one virtual tours.

Our post-occupation customer service teams and on-site managing agents are also operating as usual, and can be contacted via telephone and our My Home Plus customer portal.
