A European approach
Berkeley aims to provide the most appealing external surroundings possible for West 3 London Apartments: particularly important in a capital city where outdoor access is in short supply.
The five courtyards form their unique landscape at the development. They have been individually designed to create different moods, using carefully chosen combinations of hard and soft landscaping, water features and art. Secluded walkways are bordered by colourful shrubs, and silver birch trees cast a delicate shade.
Around the building is a large area of grounds, which has also received special attention. In keeping with the grandeur of the architecture, the gardens have a continental feel to them, more often seen in French and Italian cities.
