The Paddocks lies on the western edge of Horsham, approximately 1 mile from Horsham Town Centre and adjacent to the 'Farthings Interchange' A24 and A281 junction. Horsham railway station offers commuters links to London Victoria in approximately 60 minutes, whilst London Gatwick Airport can be reached in just 15 minutes. The nearby A24 links to the M25 for access around London and the motorway networks North and South.

At Junction 9 of the M25, take the A24 south towards Dorking and Horsham. As you approach Horsham, turn right at the Great Daux Roundabout, continuing on the A24. At the second roundabout (the Farthings Interchange, signposted for Horsham and the A281), leave the dual carriageway and take the first roundabout exit, bringing you down Farthings Hill. After a few hundred yards, turn right into Farthings Walk, and The Paddocks will be found at the end of this cul-de-sac.

At the 'Farthings Interchange' for Broadbridge Heath and Horsham, leave the dual carriageway and take the fourth roundabout exit signposted for Horsham and the A281, bringing you down Farthings Hill. After a few hundred yards, turn right into Farthings Walk, and The Paddocks will be found at the end of this cul-de-sac.
The A281 runs through Horsham, and forms the ring road around Horsham town centre itself. Proceed out of Horsham on the A281 heading West, and continue for approximately one mile. Shortly after heading straight over the Rookwood Park roundabout, turn left into Farthings Walk, and The Paddocks will be found at the end of this cul-de-sac.
