Graduate Scheme

The Berkeley Group is the parent company to some of the UK's leading residential development companies. It specialises in the regeneration of brownfield sites across London and the South East. Berkeley's vision is always to create high quality homes and mixed-use communities where people can live, work and play.

The Berkeley Graduate Scheme offers graduates in quantity surveying, construction, architecture, town planning, marketing, health and safety, or other related disciplines an opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the development process. Graduates will be assigned to the department most suited to their area of expertise or degree background in one of our operating companies including Berkeley Homes and St James. You will be given support, training and mentoring in your chosen role to allow you to develop the practical skills and knowledge that will act as a platform for your career and add value to the company.

This year we will be looking to recruit approximately eighteen graduates across the disciplines to start work for the company in January 2011. Applications will be open for the Graduate Scheme until 30 September 2010.

Please note that the Health and Safety graduate will be required to start work for the company at an earlier date and as such applications for this role must be submitted before 31 August 2010.
