Our Team

We'll ensure your purchase experience is professional, efficient and enjoyable - as our consistently high levels of customer satisfaction clearly show. Our dedicated Sales Managers, Customer Relations Managers and Customer Service Managers are appointed for each part of your journey, so that you always have an expert to talk to.

As your initial point of contact, your Sales Consultant will do everything possible to guide you through the purchase of your new home and provide information to make the process straightforward.

Following exchange of contracts a dedicated Customer Relations Manager will provide regular updates and be your point of contact through to legal completion.

After legal completion your property benefits from a ten year NHBC warranty; the first two years of which are covered by us. There is a team of Customer Service Managers who will deal with any issues that may arise. You'll also be contacted 7 days, 7 weeks and 7 months after you complete to confirm that you're happy with your home.

At every stage in the buying process we're compliant with the Consumer Code for Home Builders. This protects you as a homebuyer, ensuring that you:

  • Are treated fairly
  • Know what service levels to expect
  • Are given reliable information upon which to make your decisions
  • Know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute resolution arrangements if you're dissatisfied
