Taplow Riverside's masterplan is a compelling example of landscape-led development with buildings set around a collection of beautiful, varied and usable public spaces which entice people in to mix, meet and unwind.
The development sits between the River Thames and the Jubilee River and will provide new homes and 21 acres of green space and parkland. A total of 199 new homes are being created here, including purpose built senior living accommodation and a mix of family houses and apartments. A new footbridge crossing the River Thames and pedestrian pathways are stitching this once derelict area back into the wider community.
A riverside walk, picnics areas, meadows, marina and café cart provide a rich mix of attractions to draw people in. 'Roux at Skindles' fronts the development and will see Michel Roux and his son Alain take their first restaurant within a residential development.
