As part of its partnership with Berkeley Modular, Barker Ross has now opened a dedicated office in Dartford to recruit for the new state-of-the-art facility. It will also lease an office at the 10-acre factory site in Ebbsfleet.
Barker Ross is actively promoting the roles available via dedicated website and social media channels. The company is focusing recruitment for these initial roles from the local area, providing highly skilled and specialised employment in the north Kent region.
When built and once fully operational, Berkeley Modular's factory will produce up to 1,000 finished homes per year. The facility will eventually create up to 240 permanent jobs that will include opportunities for full-time, direct employment and training for local people.
