In order to qualify for a Discount Market Sale Apartment you must meet to the following criteria:

  • Applicants must live in the borough for at least 12 months
  • Work or have formally accepted offer of employment in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
  • Applicants must not be a current homeowner
  • Total household income not to exceed £90,000
  • A minimum of 10% deposit is required based on the purchaser meeting the minimum income requirement
