Our Team

Our Customer teams are here to ensure your purchase experience is professional, efficient and enjoyable. Our dedicated Sales Managers, Customer Relations Managers and Customer Service Managers are appointed for each part of your journey, so that you always have an expert to talk to.

As your initial point of contact, your Sales Consultant will guide you through the purchase of your new home and provide information to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Following exchange of contracts a dedicated Customer Relations Manager will provide regular updates and be your point of contact through to legal completion.

After legal completion your property benefits from a ten year warranty. Your Customer Service Team will be on hand to assist with any issues that may arise. You will be contacted a number of times after you legally complete, normally around seven days, seven weeks and seven months to confirm that you are happy with your home.

At every stage in the buying process we're compliant with the Consumer Code for Home Builders. This protects you as a homebuyer, ensuring that you:

  • Are treated fairly
  • Know what service levels to expect
  • Are given reliable information upon which to make your decisions
  • Know how to access speedy, low-cost dispute resolution arrangements if you're dissatisfied
