Job Purpose: We are looking to recruit an Asite Administrator to join our IT team based in Send, Surrey. This role will be key in ensuring the document management system for construction projects is set up in a consistent manner following agreed standards and working closely with the business to meet their support needs. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Requires full understanding of Berkeley Templates (standard Document Management System plus Tender Module) and fixed/changeable protocols 
  • Ensure requests for Workspaces are set up correctly including customisable attributes set up for Berkeley's naming convention. Attention to detail is essential to ensure consistent project naming throughout the Group 
  • Control of new Consultant, Contractor and Supplier codes in accordance with agreed processes 
  • System workflow expert to create additional agreed ones as required by the business 
  • Liaise with Digital department for development brand logo for updating site image when available 
  • Checklist Builder and AppBuilder expert to assist in business wide agreed changes and any additional form creation 
  • Regular administrative reporting and auditing of platform and users including exception reporting, part of off boarding process etc 
  • Point of contact for Berkeley's Application Support and part of triage team for issues raised before escalating to Asite Support 
  • Responsible for ensuring Asite upgrades are planned and communicated with the Business and appropriate testing carried out  

Technical Competencies:

  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies 
  • Demonstrated excellence in providing superb customer service and strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) 
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT systems/data security 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
