Job Purpose: Provide Support to Finance Department and Office Manager.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assist with the distribution of IT hardware
  • Providing Local Office support for computer, tablet phone issues
  • Ensure stock levels of IT equipment are sufficient
  • Assist new users with setup of handsets and tablets
  • Support the Purchase Ledger Teams with scanning and filing
  • Maintaining accuracy of Finance System
  • Support the Management Accountant Function with ad-hoc reporting
  • Filing of finance paperwork
  • Ad hoc duties

Technical Competencies:

  • IT Literate
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Experience of information gathering and report preparation
  • Passion for IT
