Job Purpose: Front of House Receptionist to provide proactive and efficient support.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Answering and directing calls in a prompt, polite and professional manner
  • Taking messages
  • Welcoming all visitors
  • Ensuring all visitors sign in / out
  • Ensuring post is franked and collected each day
  • Ensuring post room is kept tidy
  • Booking of rooms via Outlook as required
  • Ensuring meeting rooms and reception area is kept presentable and stocked at all times
  • Management of Company Cars
  • Booking car park spaces in the Goodmans Fields Car Park as required
  • IT
  • Order as required and keep track to ensure items are received
  • Add all equipment to the Asset Database
  • Point of call for all meeting room IT
  • Adding / Removing people from entry system
  • Ensuring Reception iPad is always up to date and ready for use by visitors
  • Adding new starters
  • Removing leavers
  • Downloading and emailing monthly reports
  • Point of Contact
  • Support the PA to the Managing Director and Office Manager as required
  • Arranging refreshments and lunches when necessary
  • First Aider and Fire Warden
  • Key Holder for the office 

Person Specification:

  • Team player with a can do, passionate attitude
  • Willing to learn, be flexible and get involved
  • Ability to work on own initiative and generate solutions
  • Excellent customer service skills

Please note our standard working hours are 8am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
