Job Purpose: Working for the UK's most successful residential property developer you will be responsible for providing high quality and professional administration of a state of the art training facility. You must have previous experience facilitating training, meetings or other types of corporate events. Experience in using automated room booking and learning management systems would be an advantage, however full training will be provided. You will work within the broader Group H&S function and report directly to the Group H&S Training Manager. You may be at times required to assist / support other members of the Group H&S team as workload determines.


Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Support Group H&S Training Team to deliver the Centre events plan
  • Meets and greet delegates as the first point of contact at the Centre
  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service in Centre
  • Ensure all events are delivered in accordance with Centre Booking System
  • Ensure the reception and refreshment area is presented to a high standard at all times
  • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly
  • Provide first line advice on AV equipment
  • Update and produce basic reports from Learning Management System
  • Provide delegate attendance information to key stakeholders
  • Maintain consumable and refreshment stocks
  • Order catering as required
  • Proactively work to devise and suggest new marketing ideas to drive new lead generation for the development..

Technical Competencies:

  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work well with a number of internal / external stakeholders
  • Basic MS Word and Excel
  • Be highly organised and capable of managing own workload with support
