Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

To support the Digital Marketing Manager in the execution of:

  • The overall digital strategy across (including SEO, PPC, and Social Media):
    • Planning with 3rd party agencies
    • Creation and input into testing plans/proposals
    • Proposal documents for new channels/initiatives
    • Working with Regional marketing teams for support in execution of the strategy (e.g. content planner for Social Media) 
  • Co-ordinate the management of roster of digital agencies, to meet commercial targets:
    • Weekly WIP meetings
    • Monthly/Quarterly meetings/reports
  • Review and analysis of analytics across all channels
    • Include assistance with Regional reporting
  • Administration of digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google VWO, Data Studio, Google My Business, Apple Maps, Hootsuite, Responsetap, Brandwatch, Google Ads, Social Media Channels etc.)
  • Management of budgets, ensuring cost control and accurate forecasting
  • Attend and present at meetings with wider business units (Working Groups, meetings with Regional Marketing teams)
  • Support and consult the Studio Team on all digital marketing queries received, offering advice and integrated solutions back to the business
  • Liaising with the relevant internal teams to ensure that tasks are complete (Development or Studio team)
  • Support the Digital Marketing & Development Manager/Head of Digital

Person Specification:

  • At least two years of industry experience ideally gained through agency or client
    • Access to car and full driving license.
  • Ideally CIM qualified
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and experience working within SEO, PPC and Social Media
  • Management of 3rd party agencies, including planning, KPIs, delivery and measuring ROI
  • Creative copywriting and social media content creation where needed, reviewing, amending and approving this content
  • Excellent knowledge of using analytical packages and using them to interpret data to optimise campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders of various levels
  • Passionate about digital trends and emerging technologies
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Experience of analysing and progressing multiple tasks
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
