Application Reference Number: 0175 Function: Construction Location: Highcroft, Wallingford, Oxfordshire Position Type: Permanent Application End Date: 11/12/2020 Job Purpose: The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall safe delivery, planning, managing and coordinating of construction activities at our Highcroft, Wallingford development, to the required safety, quality, programme and commercial standards.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the schemes delivery
Ensuring the implementation, monitoring and compliance of the company's Quality Control procedures
Ensuring best practice with regard to Health and Safety and Fire prevention
Managing the day to day activities on site to focus on the successful completion of the development
Managing all activity to ensure the successful implementation of the build programme
Promoting the company's image and managing its reputation for providing the highest standards of health, safety and welfare of all staff and visitors
To represent St Joseph to the highest possible standards of business
Technical Competencies:
Experience of high end low rise residential developments and a proven track record
Experience in using Asta Programme software
Experience in using Fieldview Tablet based management system

Please note our standard working hours are 8am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday with one weekend off per month.
