Job Purpose: Getting sales through from reservation to exchange. Reporting to the Senior Customer Relations Manager.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

  • Liaising with Solicitors on extension requests, advanced payments received and any ad-hoc requirements
  • Liaising with surveyors for mortgage valuations and conducting these on our sites, including putting together relevant comparable evidence and information packs
  • Reporting to management on completions and information customer relations managers of any specific information required
  • Keeping an up to date risk register for all properties sold for reporting purposes
  • Preparing files for finance

  • Good track record and confident selling high value premium apartments off plan
  • Confident dealing with HNWIs and International buyers
