Our arts strategy
At St James we are passionate about art in urban development. Our strategy is one which brings a new level of excellence to house building. During the last few years, we have demonstrated the importance of long-term commercial investment in the arts.
Our company-wide program includes over 40 arts and crafts projects, partnership schemes with suppliers, cultural partnerships with arts organisations, design competitions, student bursaries and cultural strategies with local authorities.
