Travel Information
The Green Travel Plan has been created as part of a joint venture between St James and the London Borough of Wandsworth. The objective being to promote greener travel, a healthier lifestyle and a vibrant local community.
Before moving into Queen Mary's Place you should have received an Information Pack. This pack includes details of:
- Your Travel Plan Coordinator
- Local Services and Amenities (doctors, bike shops, post offices, shops, leisure facilities, nurseries etc)
- Maps of pedestrian and cycle routes
- Train, bus and underground information
- The Car Club and Car-sharing schemes
- The benefits to your health, wallet and the environment of using sustainable modes of transport and reducing one's dependency on car travel.
Travel Plan Coordinator (TPC)
To ensure your journeys are fast, cheap and easy, a Travel Plan Co-ordinator will be available at Queen Mary's Place. This member of the Concierge team will prepare a personal travel plan on request which will give you information on how to best travel to regular destinations, such as your place of work, using sustainable, cleaner modes of transport.
