Part of St James Homes' commitment was to restore the extensive Victorian gardens at the back of the manor house to their original condition which all residents will be able to enjoy as a communal garden.
The pergola, like the manor house has been refurbished and restored and careful consideration has been given to the selection of plants used so that the gardens at Kingswood Chase can be enjoyed for generations to come.
