The Customer Relations Manager receives the customer at point of exchange and then takes the customer through to completion, informing them of the progress of their new home, the choices and options available to them, and demonstrates the home to the customer on completion.
After legal completion, the property benefits from a ten year warranty; the first two years are covered by St Edward Homes. There is a team of Customer Service Managers who will deal with any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be contacted 7 days, 4 weeks and 7 months after you complete on the purchase, to make sure that everything connected with your property is satisfactory.
