St James is committed to providing its customers with high quality homes in the most desirable locations. However we believe there is a lot more to what we do than just building homes.

We aim to make the home-buying process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible for all our customers and to provide a professional and helpful service at all times.

Customer Experience

We want the St James purchaser experience to be professional and efficient. We have dedicated Customer Relations Managers allocated to each part of the customer journey, so that the customer always has a St James representative available to discuss their experience. The Customer Relations Manager will liaise with the customer from exchange of contracts through to legal completion, informing them of the progress of their new home, the choices and options available to them and finally demonstrating the home to the customer on completion.

After legal completion, the property benefits from a ten year warranty; the first two years of which are covered by St James. A Customer Service Manager will deal with any issues that may arise after completion. In addition the customer care team will ensure contact is continued after legal completion to ensure everything is to your satisfaction .
