Berkeley First is a division of the Berkeley Group specialising in student accommodation and mixed use residential development within London and the South East and has been in operation since 1992.
By 2015 we will have delivered almost 10,000 new homes for students alongside some of the UK's leading and admired universities including Imperial College London, University of the Arts London, University of Kent, Kings College London and the London School of Economics, to name a few.
In addition to this, Berkeley First will be delivering almost 1,000 new homes for private sale over the next 5 years marketed under the Berkeley brand.
Combining two decades of both residential and student accommodation experience has enabled us to create high quality, market leading accommodation at below market rents for our university partners.
