Leading developer St Edward has today (26/02) opened its prestigious penthouse show apartment at 375 Kensington High Street.

The unveiling of the opulent penthouse show apartment will enable visitors to view the development and admire the far reaching views over London for the first time. The launch marks a major milestone for the scheme and coincides with the first completions at the development.

375 Kensington High Street is an ambitious 3.5 acre scheme, made up of 514 one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses. The luxury homes are spread across seven buildings set around a beautifully landscaped traditional English courtyard, inspired by London's garden squares. Each building boasts its very own collection of exquisite penthouses, with a bespoke specification and interior design by the leading British designer, David Ferns.

The duplex penthouses feature large wrap-around, dual aspect balconies and impressive double height living areas. Each of the penthouses boast standout features including composite stone and glass internal staircases, handpicked, vein matched marble bathrooms and bespoke fire places.

Paul Vallone, Chairman of St Edward, comments: "The unveiling of the penthouse show apartment marks a major milestone in the history of the development. For the very first time visitors will have the opportunity to sample the grandeur and opulence on offer within the penthouses, take in the views across London and experience the private residents' spa.

"We have worked tirelessly to ensure the highest levels of design and detail, selecting the finest materials and incorporating the latest innovation in technology to create a lifestyle like no other.

"As 375 Kensington High Street completes, it will become a destination and thriving community in its own right, continuing to make Kensington one of the most prestigious postcodes in the Capital."

375 Kensington High Street is just the start of St Edward's wider Warwick Road masterplan, converting a prime part of the borough into high quality new homes and public spaces. Upon completion, St Edward will create over 1,000 new homes in the prestigious Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, incorporating an impressively landscaped linear park and proposed primary school.

375 Kensington High Street has been designed by award-winning architect Michael Squire of Squire and Partners to create elegantly designed homes in one of London's most desirable postcodes. Wolfe House, the first completed phase of new homes at the development, comprises 67 one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, complete with high ceilings, oversized doors, granite worktops and a select number offering balconies with enviable views over London.

Situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the development is a prestigious address on the doorstep of royal palaces and renowned critically acclaimed cultural attractions such as Royal Albert Hall and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Traditionally renowned for its famous royal parks and Michelin star restaurants, Kensington has been dubbed one of the most vibrant areas in the country .

The area has long been associated with art and culture with former residents including Andrew Lloyd Webber and Beatrix Potter - earning its reputation as the Capital's hub for fine art.

The development is ideally located on the High Street - the hub of the district and on the doorstep of leading shops, boutiques, cafes and restaurants.
375 Kensington High Street is estimated to fully complete in 2016, with the next phase of completions anticipated in spring 2014 at Charles House, a collection of 86 apartments and penthouses.
