Jab Designs Set To Move To Imperial Wharf

St George has sold a prime retail unit at award-winning Imperial Wharf to the leading global design company JAB Anstoetz.

JAB Anstoetz is set to open their new 4,367 sq ft (405.7 sq m) London showroom and office accommodation at Imperial Wharf, London SW6 to showcase their latest interior design and lifestyle collections.

Ross Faragher, Managing Director, St George Central London commented; "We are delighted to secure the sale to JAB Anstoetz, attracted by the first class retail and showroom accommodation, growing number of design led commercial operators, excellent transport links and more favourable opportunities to those currently available at Chelsea Design Centre, where they are relocating from."

Located on the north bank of the River Thames, Imperial Wharf is one of London's premier riverside locations, including restaurant, retail and leisure facilities.

JAB Anstoetz is the latest design company to make the move to Imperial Wharf following Roca, Tateossian, Phase II Accessories and SCG London.

St George PLC was represented by Knight Frank and Boston Gilmore. JAB Anstoetz has taken the virtual freehold to 17 The Boulevard, Imperial Wharf.
