Imperial Wharf, the award winning mixed use development by St George, has achieved one further milestone success, by reaching 1,000,000 RIDDOR injury accident free hours on site.

Michael Meanley, Managing Director of St George Central and South London comments, "We are proud of the successes achieved to date and delighted to reach this significant milestone at Imperial Wharf, a testament to our commitment to health and safety and providing a safe working environment."

The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR) requires all accidents and ill health at work to be reported, as regulated by the Health & Safety Executive. To date, St George PLC has accumulated in excess of 2,000,000 injury accident free hours across all its developments and is fully committed to providing a safe working environment for all. RIDDOR injury free hours are accumulated following the last reportable incident.

The stunning riverside location, new specification, landscaped parkland, river walk and range of leisure facilities are defining Imperial Wharf as London's leading riverside destination. The central Boulevard offers four fine restaurants, the palatial Thai restaurant Saran Rom, fabulous seafood at Deep, exotic Indian at Memsaab and exquisite Chinese at Yi-Ban. The ever popular Young's Waterside bar and restaurant is complemented by Wimbledon Wine Cellar, Jurys Inn Chelsea Hotel, Gambado; the family indoor play centre and Bright Horizon childcare and education centre; pre-school and nursery.

The latest release, the Solaris Apartments, include beautifully specified 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and two stunning 3 bedroom duplex penthouses. Interior designed by Taylor Howes, winners of the recent Andrew Martin international interior design award, the apartments offer comfort cooling, stunning modern custom designed fitted kitchens, luxurious bathrooms with stone paneled heated walls and floors; together with bespoke shower enclosures with feature chrome rain showers.

Imperial Wharf is superbly connected with excellent transport links - ideal for owner-occupiers, office workers and investors alike. An enhanced local bus service, the proposed new Imperial Wharf railway station and river moorings ensure Imperial Wharf is within easy reach of the City and West End.
