The document was produced by a group of people working in leadership roles across the voluntary, public and private sectors.

It includes the CEO of a housing association, cabinet members in local government, the chairmen of a voluntary organisation, a planner and a residential property developer. They came together to create a practical resource which demonstrates the value of collaboration and helps other people striving to deliver in a tough climate.

All of them gave their knowledge, experience and ideas freely.
