The Berkeley Graduate Scheme offers graduates in quantity surveying, construction, architecture, town planning, estate management, or other related disciplines an opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in the development process. Graduates will be assigned to the department most suited to their area of expertise or degree background in one of our operating companies such as Berkeley Homes or St James. You will be given support, training and mentoring in your chosen role which will add value to the company and allow you to acquire the practical skills and knowledge that will act as a platform for your career.
