Latest Phase of Royal Arsenal Riverside set to launch with unveiling of three chic Show Apartments

The latest phase of The Warehouse No1 Street, at Berkeley's Royal Arsenal Riverside development is set to be launched with the opening of the new sales and marketing suite and unveiling of three new show apartments. The show apartments will be the first of their kind to be revealed inside the brand new building and will incorporate three distinct interior design themes to reflect the cool, urban lifestyles of residents and the history and character of the site. Prospective buyers will be able to get their first glimpse of the new apartments at the exclusive new phase launch on 25th and 26th June 2011.
The show apartments have been carefully designed to combine chic contemporary interiors with a hint of vintage styling against the historic backdrop of Royal Arsenal Riverside's buildings. The styling includes iconic images of London and the local area referencing the area's cultural history in acknowledgement of Greenwich's forthcoming Royal Borough status in 2012.
With striking pinks and posters of 50s/60s style icons Ava Gardner and Mary Quant, the one-bed show apartment has a trendy feel in line with this season's fashion of bright, block colour, whilst the two-bedroom apartment incorporates a décor of neutrals and navies to create a cool urban ambience. The three-bedroom apartment incorporates vintage collectables and photographs of popular Brit-culture icons such as The Beatles, complemented by a colour scheme of whites, blacks and greens, and sets a sophisticated tone.
Daniel Mumford, from interior design company Dapa, comments: "The design of the show apartments reflects the development as a whole - contemporary living against a backdrop of history and vintage. All the apartments are very individualistic and have their own unique character and strength of design to drawn upon. "
The Warehouse No.1 Street, is a collection of new apartments and penthouses combining a stylish warehouse feel with all of the convenience and comforts of a new build home. The Manhattan suites, one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses are situated in a loft-style building and boast exposed brick interiors to the living rooms. Each has its own private balcony or terrace, many with views of the river or the landscaped internal courtyard.
