Surrey new-build market goes from strength to strength in 2012

Sales Success at The Grove, Effingham

Currently, Knight Frank is seeing particular strength in the downsizer population in Surrey, particularly those helping their children get onto the ladder or putting their nest eggs to a more lucrative purpose. The tranquillity and location of The Grove, and its well-sized homes, have seen it proving popular with the downsizer market – one of the reasons why the properties are selling so quickly.
