In support of Berkeley Homes' commitment to promoting sustainable environmental and social development, the scheme proposes a number of enhancements to the local infrastructure including:

New cycleways and pedestrian links with easier access to the public transport system.

Improvements will also be made to the site's natural habitat through the creation of ecological habitat zones.
