Leeds Castle situated just outside of Maidstone transports you through 900 years of history and features stunning period architecture and enchanting gardens.
Closer to home you can savour the historical delights of the picturesque village West Malling. With its pretty high street, winding lanes and breathtaking scenery, this charming Kent village boasts an impressive array of historic landmarks including St Leonards' Tower, Priory House and Malling Abbey, as well as playing host to a variety of local events and a wide range of pubs and restaurants. For a slice of sporting history you can also visit the village's famous cricket pitch, site of the first ever recorded cricket match in the United Kingdom.
