Should you experience any problems that are causing you concern with your new home, our regional customer service teams are available during normal office hours to receive and respond to any emergency calls as well as your routine queries and non-emergency calls.
We will try to respond as quickly and efficiently as possible subject to the availability of labour and materials. In any event, we will endeavour to give you an accurate estimate of the period required to remedy the matter. We may require access to your home to carry out an inspection or remedial works. We hope that you will understand that access will need to be provided between 08h00 and 17h30 Monday to Friday.
