The Development

Chelsea Bridge Wharf has turned a once derelict site, which detracted from its riverside setting, into a vibrant residential, leisure and commercial centre. Chelsea Bridge Wharf is a place to live, work and socialise.

The development comprises nine apartment buildings set around a central landscape courtyard and piazza, with the 4 star Pestana Hotel and Spa and further leisure facilities, including a cafe / delicatessen and Tres - a health and wellbeing centre which opened in September '08.

A central tree-lined boulevard with fountains runs the length of Chelsea Bridge Wharf, sweeping around Centurion building and down the stairs to the waterfront. The riverside walk and footbridge links the development to Battersea Park, providing residents direct access to the Park. Lighting is also an integral part of the developments design, both as an architectural feature and to create a safe and dramatic night-time environment for residents and visitors.
