The master bedroom has mood inspiring concealed lighting with dimmer light controls for all bedrooms and bathrooms. Independently controlled comfort cooling, low voltage down lighters and polished chrome light switches are also installed .
The individually designed kitchen features Italian Line a Squatter furniture, Uppercuts stainless-steel appliances, limestone work tops, porcelain tile flooring .
The development also offers a 24-hour concierge service, monitored CC TV, underground car parking and an award-winning landscaped piazza. The two-bedroom apartment is priced at £575,000.
Phase five, the final phase of Chelsea Bridge Wharf, lies at the southern end of the site, and apartments will benefit from views of the nearby Batter sea Park or the hotel plaza.
The last phase will comprise suites, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses. There will also be the introduction of Manhattan suites - a new apartment type for Chelsea Bridge Wharf that combines a studio and one bedroom apartment. The first four star hotel in Wands worth is also planned for the final phase, along with 8,070 square metres of commercial space.
