All Saints is the Perfect Home in the Perfect Location.

Berkeley's All Saints development in Eastbourne is the perfect home in the perfect location, according to Jane Worsley.

Jane, who owned a Hairdressing and Wig-Making business in Eastbourne and her husband, Michael Worsley Q.C., recently purchased a two bedroom duplex home at All Saints. The couple downsized to All Saints from their period three bedroom house in East Dean Village. Jane comments, "We love the fact that All Saints is so close to Meads Village. We bought a ground floor show home and thanks to Kevin Redmond & his Team of Sales Staff; the buying process was straightforward."

All Saints is a collection of 53 stunning homes within a fully restored converted Victorian Gothic Revivalist style 19th Century Hospital and Chapel, originally designed by the highly acclaimed architect Henry Woodyer. Skilfully restored by Berkeley (Southern) Ltd and a dedicated team of experts, considerable care was undertaken in converting the period buildings into modern homes that reflect today's lifestyle needs.

Jane added: "Our new home is very well designed. Although an apartment we have our own front door. This opens into a ground floor suite which consists of a double bedroom, huge walk-in wardrobe, spacious and well-fitted bathroom, laundry room and cupboard under the stairs. These stairs lead up to a gracious living area with a vaulted ceiling and original windows and fireplace. There is another double bedroom, shower room and delightfully modern kitchen. Patio doors open onto a shared outside space, well divided by clever planting and room to sit in the sun!

All Saints has several modern amenities including a dedicated Concierge Service that can assist residents with day to day necessities from dry cleaning to groceries. The service also provides recommendations on where to eat and current events in Eastbourne, helping residents to take full advantage of all that the area has to offer. There is also a Library, as well as a Chapel and a small Gym at the development.

Jane talks about recent Events that have been organised in the Chapel.

"The Chapel has had really interesting Events. These include the Meads Music Festival and two Art Exhibitions. One showing Prince Charles' watercolour paintings with Queen Victoria and Albert's sketches. The other showed Paintings by Nelson Mandela and Charlie Mackesy. I shall be using it myself in the Spring to present a Private Collection of Paintings and Objects D'Arts to raise money for St Wilfred's Hospice."

"Eastbourne has many attractions, which include the Beach and Seafront, Towner Art Gallery, several Theatres and lovely surrounding countryside of the South Downs. Bexhill and it's De La Warr Pavilion are close at hand. I even sat on the roof in the pouring rain to see Eddie Izzard!."

The landscape surrounding All Saints is professionally maintained by the estate management service, allowing residents to enjoy the green space without having to worry about the gardening.
