Berkeley Commercial is the Berkeley Group's specialist commercial property developer and investor, whose activities are sub-divided into Development, Investment Management and Investment businesses. As a whole, the company is dedicated to creating vibrant, exciting environments in which to live, work and relax.

The majority of Berkeley Commercial's developments are major regeneration projects incorporating a wide range of commercial uses, for example the outstandingly successful Gunwharf Quays scheme in Portsmouth. In these mixed-use developments, the residential elements are integrated with bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities, which bring benefits to the entire community and provide employment too.
