Berkeley Partnership

Berkeley Partnership is responsible for the assembly, planning, implementation, procurement and delivery of the Berkeley Group's programme of affordable housing. Its field of operations covers a wide geographical area, across London, the Thames Gateway and the Home Counties.

Berkeley Partnership also works with public sector partners to facilitate major regeneration projects. Key staff have backgrounds in affordable housing and so we are well qualified to understand this complex sector, from both a strategic and an operational level.

Under current planning legislation it is often a requirement that a developer provides an element of affordable housing as part of a larger open market scheme. In these instances, Berkeley Partnership traditionally works with a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) who satisfies its development principles and who has an understanding of the approach required to create sustainable new developments.
